Garage rents up by 40% we contact Places for People
regarding this big increase in rent for the garages that have had little or no maintenance since Places for People (formaly North Brith Housing) replaced Arun District council in the 1980's
These garages need a complete maitenance update so that they can be used and stop cars from parking on the grass verges.

Our 1st Anniversary

John Bass the founder of this association and along with all committee members of WFRA would like to thank everyone who have helped us to make this association grow from strength to strength over this first year.

From humble beginnings we have grown to be a force that has the strength of numbers (235 full members @2009) that any Council or Housing Association ( Places for Peoples) can not now ignore.

We have with the help of our MP Nick Gibb stopped the infill development on our allotments and also have the garages back for renting by residents.

We have hosted both Christmas and Spring Fayres,plus a stand at our local Parish Council Community Day.

We have placed lots of information onto our website www.willowhaleresidents.co.uk this includes the history of this estate including the allotments and all the minutes of the committee meetings and other useful information.

So to all members and associate members please renew your membership for this comming year and make our Association known world wide.
