Garage rents up by 40% we contact Places for People
regarding this big increase in rent for the garages that have had little or no maintenance since Places for People (formaly North Brith Housing) replaced Arun District council in the 1980's
These garages need a complete maitenance update so that they can be used and stop cars from parking on the grass verges.

Willowhale Allotments Association

Willowhale Farm Residents Association (WFRA) are pleased to announce that with immediate effect Willowhale Allotments Association (WAA) have joined our Association and their member are now full WFRA members. This proposal came from a meeting with the committee members of the WAA with Chairman David Huntley and Treasurer Ron Austin and the rest of the member inviting John Bass (WFRA) to talk about the progress of discussions held with Places for People representatives on Friday 13^th March 2009 .

After laying out how WFRA proposed to carry on with further discussion with PfP regarding the infill proposals on our Estate, it was proposed and unanimously agreed that WFRA would with immediate effect take on the role as the main spokesman in all further dealing with PfP Dave Mitchell will be the Liaison officer between both associations. Both WAA & WFRA will contact Places for People regarding this latest development of the joining of both associations in the fight to stop the development of building on our allotments.

This is one more step in how to stop developers infilling on our estate, with more and more people wishing to join our Association.
